Employees
S
JCH is a family of over 2,000
employees, all demonstrating the
highest standards of excellence as
every aspect of patient care and hospital
business is conducted.
With an emphasis on all work as Sacred

for people to heal by working from their
hearts and treating others as they, too,
wish to be treated: with compassion,
respect, integrity, quality, stewardship
and wholeness.
As a faith-based organization, SJCH
values its employees and believes its
workforce has answered a calling—one
that brings hope and healing to all.
